These terms cover this website. They are not the terms of the ERPoida software, and they are not a service agreement.

Your agreement with us

Any arrangement you have with DEVOIDA, LLC to use ERPoida is governed by the contract you signed. Where that contract and this page disagree, the contract wins.

What this site is

A description of a product. Everything here — the copy, the figures in the examples, the module list, the prices, the roadmap implied by it — is provided for information. Feature descriptions are not commitments, prices are not an offer and may change, and screens shown may differ from the version you install. Sample data on this site, including all company names, people and amounts, is invented.

Using the site

Read it, quote it, link to it, show it to your team. Please do not present it as your own, scrape it to train a model on, or attempt to interfere with how it is served. The ERPoida and DEVOIDA names and the wordmark stay ours.

No warranty

This site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of error, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from relying on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited.
