Every module, on every plan.
No feature is withheld to make the free plan feel broken. What the plans meter is how much business you run through the system, not which parts of it you are allowed to touch — so a one-person company can keep real books indefinitely and only starts paying when the volume grows.

What the plans actually meter
| Limit | Free | Business |
|---|---|---|
| Users | 1 | 20 |
| Invoices issued per month | 20 | Unlimited |
| Automations | 3 | Unlimited |
| File storage | 1 GB | 20 GB |
| Custom objects and fields | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Roles and permissions | — | Business |
| Recurring billing | — | Business |
| Installment plans | — | Business |
Audit trail, period locking and data export are missing from this table on purpose: they are never gated on any plan, and a test in the codebase keeps it that way.
Pricing questions
Is the free plan a trial?
No. It does not expire and it does not ask for a card. It is one seat with every module switched on, and it stays that way.
What happens when I hit the invoice limit?
The limit is checked when an invoice is created, not when it is posted, so you never lose work you have already done. You are told which limit you reached and how close you were, and nothing already in the system is locked away.
Is the price per user?
No. Business is priced per workspace and includes up to 20 users, so adding a colleague does not change the bill.
Can I self-host?
Yes. That is an Enterprise arrangement, because it needs a conversation about your infrastructure rather than a checkout page. Get in touch and we will work through it.
Which currencies can I be billed in?
Prices here are in US dollars. Ask us if you need another currency and we will tell you straight away whether we can do it.
Not sure which one you are?
Tell us what you run today and we will tell you which plan covers it, including when the answer is the free one.
